Stella-Reading.com offers personalized astrological services including natal chart, personalized astrology readings, daily horoscopes, Life Forecast. Upon registration, you may enjoy a 7-day trial period for $0.90. After the trial period, unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew at $9.90 per month. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any fee changes.

Services are delivered electronically via a customer portal accessible on our website. Upon order confirmation, users receive an email with access links to their digital products in their personalized customer area.

User registration on the Website does not impose any obligation to make purchases. The offer of a free reading does not bind the User to any commitment. It is solely at the discretion of the User to decide whether to proceed with paid readings thereafter. Texts purchased by the User are delivered via email with download links.

Stella-Reading reserves the right to modify content on the website at any time without liability. The company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the content and disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Stella-Reading (Astra Sync) uses the persona and visual representations of Stella solely for promotional purposes related to its content covering Arts and Sciences of divination. Stella and all other characters depicted in the content and emails are purely illustrative. Any photos used on the website are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent real individuals or events.

Cancellation of Membership

You may cancel your membership with Stella-Reading (Astra Sync) at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period. Subscription cancellations and any related financial transactions are managed by Stella-Reading (Astra Sync).

Final Access and Billing

• Access Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle. Your account will automatically close at the conclusion of this period.
• Automatic Renewal: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, ensure you cancel your membership before the current billing period ends.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, provided that you have not accessed your account and viewed the purchased products.
• Exercising the Right to Cancel: To cancel your order, please send an email with your name and email address to Customer Service at stella@stella-reading.com. If you have not accessed your account to view the products, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

• Digital Content: In accordance with applicable laws regarding digital content, the right to cancel is only applicable if you have not accessed your client area. Once you have accessed your client area and started downloading or viewing your digital products, the right to cancel no longer applies.

Non-Refundable Payments

Technical terms of delivery reading

Once the User subscribes to an offer, access to their client space will be facilitated through a link sent via email.

Texts, whether ordered free or paid, are delivered via electronic channels such as emails or downloadable files.

The Company shall not be held liable for any blockages that may hinder the delivery of texts, including but not limited to spam filters and virus filters.

It is the User’s responsibility to ensure their computer settings are configured correctly and to add the sender’s address to their list of approved contacts.

Registration and Account Security
